1. Fill In Application Form

Prior to enrolling, fill in the application form by:

2. Submit The Required Documents

Make sure you have all the necessary documents and email them to

indo-marketing@hibs.edu.my:

• Family Card

• Birth Certificate

• Parents/guardian ID

• Photo ID

• School report from the previous school

• The latest level of certificate

• Application fee payment slip

The bank account details will be given in the confirmation email after filling in the application form

• Passport (if available)

Make sure to complete all the fields in the form and send all the required documents to our email. Unless there is a mutual agreement between the school and applicants, failing to complete all the steps above before the intake's deadlines will result in application cancelation.

Note: Any payments made are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

3. Final Confirmation

After all the steps are confirmed by our office, we will send a confirmation email regarding the applicant's enrollment and you can proceed with the school fee and other payments.
